Shipping

  • All World Cup jersey orders are expected to arrive on or before the first week of June, under normal circumstances.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
    • Destination location
    • Courier delays
    • Customs clearance
    • Weather or other unforeseen disruptions
  • Standard shipping is applied to all orders (as selected at checkout).
  • We also offer expedited/express shipping options for faster delivery:
    • Available at an additional cost
    • Costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or provided upon request
    • Once processed and shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
    • Failed delivery attempts
    • Lost or delayed shipments due to courier issues beyond our control

Returns & Refunds (Final Sale Policy)

All World Cup jersey purchases are final sale.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection (see exchange policy below)
    • Any reason other than defects or errors on our part

Exchanges (Size Only)

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
    • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost (if stock is available)
    • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

After review and approval:

  • A replacement item will be sent at no additional cost, or
  • A refund may be issued, depending on availability

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
  • All return/exchange decisions are made at our discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith
